This rental was great- beautiful car. The customer service was the best I ever seen. They were super great about everything last minute since our last car was canceled. Throughout the trip I had to push back the rental time due to flight changes. Super accommodating. Easy to talk to. Checked up on our trip to see how we were doing. Experience Rides is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. Pick up was a breeze and they were very helpful in getting me to learn the vehicle. This was our first time using an EV so there was a little bit of a learning curve. The autopilot and full self-driving was fun to try. The car was in good shape and well maintained so we had no issues whatsoever with it. I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to try out a Tesla or Electric Vehicle.
