Cancel for a full 100% refund up to 72 hours before your trip starts and a 75% refund up to 24 hrs before your trip.
Due to the nature of our business, we only have one of each of the cars we advertise. In some rare cases, the car you reserve may become unavailable due to customer accident or damages in which the vehicle becomes unsafe for driving or operating. In these circumstances, we will provide with a vehicle of the same or greater value at no additional charge.
All rentals (daily and hourly) require a security deposit. The security deposit varies by the type of car rented, the age of the renter and their driving record.
The Security deposit hold has to be made on the same card used for the booking. This is processed within 24hrs of pickup time after the rental contract has been sent to you and e-signed.
The security deposit hold gets returned to your card within 48hrs after vehicle return and inspection is completed.
The security deposit is currently $300 over 25 yrs of age and $450 under 25.
